Caring for baby so mom can care for herself, take a shower, take a nap, have coffee with friends, and/or a mini date with dad. Whatever that soul care need is, knowing baby is well cared for can make all the difference!
Food! Making meals while caring for baby is a HUGE challenge. I am a fairly accomplished cook and well versed in comfort and healthy foods from standard diets, Keto, Vegetarian, THM, GF, Paleo, Autoimmune Paleo, Low FODMAP, and more. Whether the need is helping with a meal plan, ingredient prep for the weeks meals, or making food from start to finish, I’ve got that!
If mom or dad are struggling with a specific aspect of caring for your new baby, lets talk about it and find solutions that work for your family! Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, bathing, swaddling, diapering, babywearing, and SLEEP can all present significant challenges to physical and mental health.
